Special notes:
PLUS Bau Projektentwicklungs GmbH developed a living concept for Dalmannkai that is specifically tailored to active seniors’ needs. The building that was designed by Hamburg architects Böge Lindner offers flexible apartment types that include two or three rooms. It houses approximately 70 apartments in total, both for rent and for sale. Accompanying services on the ground floor such as a café, selected specialty shops, doctors’ practices, a pharmacy, health centers and spas complete the offer. A modern social and health service provider, diaconal foundation Martha Stiftung, operates the rental apartments.
