The oval apartment high-rise serves as an important landmark in Dallmannkai (© Dorfmüller | Kröger | Klier)
Special notes:
The oval residential tower by the Traditional Ship Harbor is an eye catcher; the building’s succinct shape forms an important contrast to the adjacent buildings. Apartments that are flooded with light and which can be designed individually are located on 11 floors offering impressive views over HafenCity, Speicherstadt, the River Elbe and downtown Hamburg. The units range from 58 sq. m to 300 sq. m. The residential tower won the “Building of the Year 2008” award by Architekten- und Ingenieurverein Hamburg e.V. (AIV).
