Special notes:
Hamburg cooperative building association Bergedorf-Bille erected a building complex on Dalmannkai’s south side offering 42 high-quality rental apartments. The Hamburg-based architectural firm of Prof. Jörg Friedrich und Partner has been responsible for the design of the two stand-alone buildings. The buildings feature transparent and elegant façades, and movable wood panels protect against the sun and the wind. The apartments are flooded with light; some have been designed as gallery apartments and occupy two levels. Splendid views of the Marco Polo Terraces and the future marina can be had even from the stairways that are filled with natural light. The apartments have been occupied since the summer of 2006.
