Special notes:
The 12,900 square meter building complex is built around a south-facing courtyard that opens onto the Grasbrookhafen marina. It houses condominiums, investment properties and an office building. Balconies, conservatories and roof terraces provide close-up views of the water, ships and cranes of the marina. Occupants will find mooring space for their boats right on their doorstep. Designed by three noted Hamburg architecture firms, MRLV, Spengler Wiescholek Architekten, and Winking, the buildings deliver a high degree of design diversity and quality. At ground level, retail outlets and a restaurant lend an added dimension to the complex’s highly-integrated mix of residential, commercial and leisure uses.
