H20 – a fluid combination of different uses and façades under one roof (© Dorfmüller | Kröger | Klier)
Special notes:
The two building uses, residential accommodation and space for service-sector businesses, are clearly distinguishable in the façade design. The office cube will feature a high-tech floor-to-ceiling window front, whereas the residential wings will have a brick-red façade that is punctuated by windows. The apartment floor plans are very flexible in that the apartments are configured so that smaller units can be combined with others on the same or adjoining levels to create larger spaces. Another key attraction of the apartments: spacious conservatories, where residents can relax and enjoy the spectacle of the historic ships and sailing boats moored in the Sandtorhafen harbor basin below.
