Special notes:
Built for Bau-Verein zu Hamburg AG, the building comprises 18 apartments plus office space for service-sector companies. In a unique design feature, the building’s two uses are divided along a vertical axis, with the residential component on the south side overlooking the water, and the office component on the north side overlooking the historic Speicherstadt warehouse district.
