Special notes:
Hamburg architect Marc-Olivier Mathez has grouped the 20 apartments in the “Harbour Cube” around an expansive, sun-drenched atrium, which begins on the second floor and is covered by a large glass roof top. The atrium also opens directly onto a south-facing private “deck”, to which all residents have direct access from their apartments. The residential units are integrated with the outdoors via bay windows and conservatories. The first above-ground level has space for service-sector businesses.
